Morgan Lira, the Warriors runner of the year had a spectacular season that saw her become one of the region's elite runners. She had a breakthrough season as a sophomore and carried that into this season where once again she showed dramatic improvement. This fall she became only the second runner in school history to win the WCAL Cross Country Championship.
Emily Blaha has persevered through a lot in her four years of high school. Her sophomore year she suffered a stress reaction in her shins and battled a year long virus as a Junior. This year she has bounced back stronger than ever, finishing in the top 10 at the CCS Championship. She qualified as an individual for this year's State Championship and becomes only the third person in school history to run in four Cross Country State Championships.
